eBuyer

I know people have had problem with them but....

I've just topped the £2k mark with them over the last three years and I can honestly say i've never had a problem, always on time and no returns so far :)

Prices are virtually unbeatable and they always come up trumps with delivery.

Just thought I would share that :)

Steve

My boyfriend gets loads of stuff from eBuyer, and he too has never had a single problem so far. Always very speedy service.

I just placed my first order, in response to an e-mail from them. They upgraded my delivery and it arrived about 4 days before the original published date.

Excellent service and a good price on the item too.

    Well done eBuyer!

I ordered a Canon Powershot A85 from them with delivery promised today. I was a little weary because of all the negative comments that can be read about ebuyer.

I have to give them 5 stars, they have done everything promised.

Just got off the phone from TS in Shefield about Ebuyer (take your mioney and dont delivery the goods) they have had numerous compliants from irate customers. I have been told to complain to my local TS and Office of fair trading.

No longer a user, goodbye folks. PLEASE delete my account. Thank you

No problems here - probably 15 orders over the past couple of years. Always on time and have also had to return one thing recently which was no problem. Just had to be patient with the eNotes - something I'm willing to be if the prices stay low.

Ebuyer gets 10 out of 10 from me.

Had some problems with faulty goods and the dreaded Shi**y Link (PLEASE change your courier eBuyer!) but generally so far eBuyer have been very good about sorting out any problems.

I've been using Ebuyer for several years now and have never had any problems at all. However, i've never had to return anything which seems to be one their CS pitfalls....

  • I purchased an SD card from them last November, when it didn't show, I contacted them to be told they couldn't investigate "missing" orders untill 15 working days :(
After the 15 (working) days, they admitted Royal Mail had lost it & they could either refund the full cost, or ship me a replacement one.
My shiny new SD card arrived 2 days later.
I strongly belive that ANY on-line store is only as good as the courier service it employs. I would assume it's down to that old chestnut - COST!!
I still use Ebuyer, as they are consistently the cheapest & I've no reason to think they're any worse than the others.

They use Royal Mail?? I thought you used citylink..that was the reason given for trying to charge me over £20 for anything!! (I live in the sticks). I shall ask them to use RM then the next time they have something I want!

That was what they told me, but it did arrive via City Link eventually!
Perhaps it was a slip of the tongue :D
