I Recently made an order with boots, where i ordered a camera for £114.99 and two pairs of sunglasses using the BOGOF offer they had (1 pair @ £28 and one @ £30) when i received the camera i noticed that LX direct were selling it for £20 cheaper, and £30 with a voucher and so i sent it back, without opening it.
then received an E-mail from boots saying that the £28 pair of sunglasses that i had ordered were no longer available and so i would get the other pair for free :j
Now i knew that with the fact that the order was now free (- the £114 for the camera) that maybe they would charge a postal charge to my account, which i would've accepted, but what they actually did was now charge me for the "free" sunglasses the full £30:mad:
i have e-mailed them and will send the buggers back, if they don't refund me the £30 for what they said were now free.
