It's quite amazing though how it's always either Mr or Miss Twit's food that hits the floor, never mine. :shhh:Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0

Whatatwit is quite right - that is amazing. In our house, it's always Mr Paddy's Mum's egg yolk that gets broken in the frying pan, or his grilled tomato that slops out it's innards while being lifted from the grill pan to the plate. Must be some natural law operating I suppose ... !0

After 40 years of training Mr. Moany would put some on a saucer. It is like training dogs and dealing with small children, men need SPECIFIC instructions as their minds don't naturally take in the small sensible things.
Next time it would be - take a spoonful on a saucer - or hide the jar until you can supervise.

I do tend to worry about that sort of thing, for example, who thought it would be a good idea to eat the product when stored milk went off?Mr_Proctalgia wrote: »More worryingly ...............

How nice of him to give a tramp a lift! Not many people would have done.

He is a bit of a "decent chap" that way, we're forever embroiled in other people's plights, we once found a Guatamalan family in a forest and relayed them home (to Sheffield, not Guatamala). He's saved a baby from an overturned Range Rover, rescued two lost fashionistas stuck on a rock face (in stilletoes) Mended endless motorbikes at the side of roads, etc. the list goes on.
Maybe I should overlook a jar of EXPENSIVE mayonnaise.

P.S. He doesn't wear stilletoes that often, just when climbing.......
Sorry, just realised how the sentence worked out, and knew someone would comment.
