Please can anyone advise me. I brought a refurbished laptop from Currys online last week. Laptop has been delivered but it keeps turning its self off. I phoned Currys today to ask for a replacement as this one is faulty and they told me it can only be sent of for repair as its a refurbished laptop. the Guarentee they emailed me says I am intitled to refund or replacement if faulty but assistant on phone said that only applys to new laptops. Is this right?

refund or replacement would most likely be at their discretion at this point0

Currys are notorious for insisting on repairing or replacing faulty products rather than refunding for them, regardless of whether it's a new or refurb product bought.
As you bought it online why can't you return it under the Distance Selling Regs?0
