Car Ins Moneysupermarket & Insurance Premium Tax

Does anyone know if Moneysupermarket include Insurance Premium Tax in their quotes? Confused say they do but moneysupermarket does not say anything. Confused has a slightly more expensive quote with the same company (Esure). Have emailed Moneysupermarket who say – “MoneySupermarket.Com is a price comparison website. All quotations are carried out based on certain assumptions. Please contact the insurance provider directly to purchase the car insurance cover and to answer any further questions on the insurance policy.” Which doesn’t tell me anything.
