I keep mine till I've finished it 9much too nice to waste) and that is sometimes three weeks or so - still here.
I make mine in the pressure cooker so that probably kills any buggiesIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0 -
We don't make ours in the pressure cooker but it still keeps up to month in the fridge if no one eats it first. Don't forget it can be frozen. We regularly freeze the surplus. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

Lucky if it lasts a fortnight here

Keeps? what do you mean? Mum made strawberry jam last week, 1 day our jar 'lasted'. She made parkin on Sunday, the recipe says it 'keeps' for weeks, it lasted all the way till teatime.Panda xx

Please can anyone tell me how long it will keep?
I don't want to eat it quickly (and sicken myself!) then find out it would've kept for 3+ months!!
