Enabling Javascript

HI all,

I hope someone can give me some advice, I do a lot of surveys but some of them require Javascript to access them. I use Vista on my laptop and when I check Java and Javascript are ticked but I still can't access the surveys.

My dh is pretty good with technical details but he's baffled, any ideas on what I can do? I have both Internet Explorer and Firefox for internet access.

Just checking but ... have you installed the NOSCRIPT addon in FIREFOX.
It's a security addon for FIREFOX which prevents sites from running JAVA scripts.
To check go to Tools>Addons ans see if it's listed.

That's unlikley to be the cause if the problem persists in both IE and Firefox. Try going to sun microsystem's website and downloading the latest version.
