Virgin Mobile

Last year we bought a 'new' phone from ebay (new in that it was still sealed, but had been bought from Virgin Mobile just weeks before).
Unfortunately the battery life was poor (less than 16 hours), so recently I rang VM to discuss if they had the solution or what to do next. They wanted to exchange it, but as it wasn't our purchase from them, they asked our seller to contact them to 'hand over' ownership. They didn't , but then VM wrote to them and asked me to call again in three weeks, if the seller did nothing, it was officially ours.
Hence we now have a reconditioned (though you'd never know it) better phone when I had really expected VM to tell me to swivle, we don't even use a VM sim! They even had it swapped over on the Saturday to ensure someone was in.
Top service! :j

Great news, glad all worked out well for you. I also found Virgin mobile very helpful last year when I couldn't get my sim to work although it wasn't their fault. Their customer service really is excellent.
Well done Virgin mobile!0 -
VM are good in my experience. My wife, son and father-in-law all have Virgin mobiles now. The father-in-law has one with a crystal clear screen and larger buttons - not on the site but ask them and they will provide! Thanks in advance,

I've got all my close family and friend on VM PAYG for the 3p texts. Plus "Red" upgrade system is really good. I got a lovely new free phone at Christmas from them, plus a £20 credit voucher so my upgrade cost me -£20!0

I agree Virgin Mobile are ace I have been with them on PAYG on and off for about 5 years, my wife has just moved her contract over too. 3p Texts FTW!The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.

Our phone got stolen by some Oik in Rome,
Rang VM and they sent a brand new SIM (with same number) for free of charge,
Nothing but good things to say about VM0
