Sat navs what do they show apart from roads

Hi
I am not great with technology and only have a handheld gps, but wondered if anyone can tell me if in car sat navs can find the closest toilet.
If so do all sat navs do this or only some, I am willing to pay more for a better one if this will show me where toilets are.

You can add "Points of Interest" to Sat Navs so it will alert you when you are near.

https://www.pocketgpsworld.com is a good source. They have approx. 200,000 which are all created by the users, including some toilets, but looking at it they only have 144 toilets at the moment. However they also have listings for supermarkets and garages etc. which often have public toilets.

Many thanks for your help.
I eventually decided on a myguide3100 thats been upgraded to a silvercrest4000, it has POI already on it, so as long as it gets me to a services, petrol station or supermarket I'm sure that will be fine.
Not sure why I picked myguide, but saw someone recommend it on here, saw that aldi has sold the silver crest for well over £100 and thought £60 seemed a fair deal.
