Scotiish power carefree discounts

I found out about this the other day that you can get Winter rebates if you on the carefree scheme of up to £112

As we are registered on the ScottishPower's Priority Services as my daughter has a disability I thought I would apply having seen this article

Well it turns out that you have to be on a quarterly bill no good for us then, on online energy saver, and in receipt of benefits, my daughter gets DLA higher rate. It now turns out you have to be of pensionable age too.

Both BBC and SP web site dont mention this
