Zero on a £50k holding, when the app told me that I was surprised and thought it might be a fault. Same for my wife. Same for my mother ! What are the odds of that?1

If that was garbage, then what would you call my family's!bobby111111111 said:£50 on full holding, garbage.0 -
Chances of a blank month with a full holding are roughly one in ten, so blanks for three in the same month will be about one in a thousand.Etccarmageddon said:Zero on a £50k holding, when the app told me that I was surprised and thought it might be a fault. I’ve got £10k put aside to pay for landscaping the garden sometime in the next couple of years so put it in PB’s again. Won nothing both January & February.1

So that means one in every 10 months we should have a blank one each ? Interesting! Never happened before and my mother has had the full max £30k then £40k then £50k for decades!eskbanker said:

Yes, on average it should be close to one blank month in ten with a full holding, based on current distribution, but of course the random nature of Premium Bonds draws is that this won't happen predictably and regularly, even though it should average out to that over the long term.Etccarmageddon said:

0 on £1250 holding, 0 on my LOs £300 holding (don't expect to earn any on that one atm - the idea is it's a very long term pot of money for him).
I've only won one £50 in the last 13 months of having my holding though.£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January0 -
