£150 for me on full holding not a bad start for 20240

£50 on full (Nil Dec) Feels rubbish because poor results last 2 consecutive months..
But £2200 2023 total. 4.4% Tax free, so not great, but not too bad as I pay tax (BR) on interest.

Also baffles me that people advertise their empty house to burglars when they check in at an airport 😂Primrose said:
Can't understand why anybody would publish a win, particularly one of that size, on social media. It's asking for potential trouble. Just illustrates that social media has become such a way of life for many people that nobody recognises the dangers any more.annabanana82 said:I've just seen on a Facebook group I'm on someone won £100,050 this month.
I had £100 (2 x £50) on full holdings, since the rates went up last my winnings have dropped#39 - Save £12k in 20251 -
I think an Ernie investment probably often depends on an individual tax situation. If they,re above the tax free interest threshold then Ernie is still a wise decision because winnings are tax free. Individuals have to make their own decisions. What is sensible for one person may not be wise for another if their financial circumstances differ.
and many people don,t want to gamble in principle but with Ernie your stake is still safe.2 -

£50 on 12,000 holding. Good start to 2024. Full sum won in 2023 was £625 on same holding!0

Averaging £200 a month over last 6 draws, but £400 this month.
Probably better ways to make my money work but I would miss the thrill of a win, albeit small ones...!0 -
I won £250 this month
2 x £100 1× £50 on a holding of 29,000.
Overall last year I won £1150 on the same holding.
Great start to my New Year
