Very odd. I won 9*£25 last month and 5*£25 this month.
I've done very well since they replaced Ernie. I'm sure that's a coincidence .

Wow that's impressive!! Is that on the max holding? Most I've had in a month is 5 x £25. 
I'm waiting for a single prize over £25. My Mums had a few and has far less in PB's than me

Just counted up and Have had 90 x £25 wins of a block purchase of £10k since 2006.  Apart from 1 x £50 win have never won anything higher.

Fractional return:  500/50,000  (0.01)

Percentage return: the above times 100 (1%)

Scaled from 9 up to 12 months (1.33% per annum)

( assuming that you meant that all of the bonds were eligible for all of the nine draws... )

EDIT: just to put that better-than-average result in context, remember that you can only achieve certain rates of return. Just one £25 prize less and you'd be down to the predicted average !
