Having complained that I hadn't 'won' anything because I hadn't received a notification e-mail (as I opted to receive), nor received anything in my bank account, it turns out that I did 'win' £25. I thought I'd double-check my NS&I account's Prize History section, and it's shown in there for the August draw.

I can't complain about not winning anything now, so instead I'll complain about only having 'won' £25.
