My win this month (£200) takes me over the £50k limit, will NS&I increase my holding to the £50k limit and pay out the remainder to my linked bank account?

Yes, that's how it should work.

Can't go over £50k so it gets paid to your bank account.

I have to withdraw all of my premium bonds. Should I withdraw them on 3rd Feb or 4th Feb?
    What day is draws?
And low value winners will be declared on 4 Feb, so should I withdraw on 4th?

When withdrawing, there is an option to withdraw the money after the next draw.
However given the date and I don't know what if any draws have taken place, I would withdraw say on Wednesday. Depends on how quickly you need the money.

Is it how it's always been? That the high value winners are revealed day earlier and low value the next day?
