New BT bill - old charges for Option 3 and charges for BT Text

I've just checked our latest BT bill online and notice, with displeasure, that we've been charged the old Option 3 call plan charge of £7.95 a month rather than the new £5.95 a month from the 1st of April (they bill in advance for these until the 31st of May). We signed up to a new 12 month contract for Option 3 on the 17th of January that stated we'd be paying the standard Option 1 price for 3 months then £7.95 a month for the rest of the year. However, upon reading several threads on this board and even getting confirmation from someone at BT Customer Services, I was assured that despite the fact we were in a contract, we'd be charged the same new Option 3 rates as anyone else. Has anyone else had this who's still in a contract for Option 3? Annoyingly we've also been charged for texts and those will need to be refunded too

The prices dont change until April 1st, so the next bill should have the refunded ammount on.
Texts, I have no clue. Sorry. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -
Someone on 150 confirmed the new charges for Option 3 will apply from the 1st of April as you said so pro-rata credits will be made on the next bill. The text one is more confusing however. A credit has been made to my account to cover the cost of these but the person I spoke to had no idea why I was charged or how to prevent it again next time. I checked Order Tracking and that does have an order dated the 18-Jan-2008 for "BTT Opt 3 Text Bundle 200 Free" so it does seem, technically at least, they have been set on the account properly yet even when I check Recent Calls, I am always charged. I did alert BT to this problem before this bill arrived and I was assured that credits would be made automatically on the bill but clearly this was not the case. Other people who have Option 2/3 say their Recent Calls show texts as being charged at 0p (unlike me) so clearly something is wrong here0
