Had a couple of companies say last week they would post vouchers to me hoped they might have arrived today but nothing in today's post, always tomorrow:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j

I emailed Asda telling them I've been overcharged and were they still doing the £2 gift card policy (as it isn't on the new pages of their website) Got a really prompt email back apologising and a £10 gift card! I was really impressed. I was genuinely overcharged twice!0

I complained to Asda about the price of my shampoo going down 25p overnight, got some blurb back about it being the manufacturer's fault. Not entirley sure I believe that as their competitors are selling a different prices from them! I did email them back yesterday but no reply today:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j
