manythanks everyone - I have sent a few emails and will do a few more today - do you just compliment or compliment and ask for a voucher?

As I said earlier take care with who you are emailing as Proctor and Gamble own half the companies listed earlier in this thread.

I had a lot of auto replies saying they will contact me soon all from pg.com so the chances are the same person will be looking at my emails.

If you go to the UK P&G site its amazing how many companies they own, its practically everything in your home.

    See Here

Example: Tampax and Alldays are both P&G companies so a thank you to both might appear a little strange especially if you say they are the best.

I had a complaint with 3 packs of differant flavour lites that came from the same multipack of Walkers lites.

They sent back £6 in vouchers.

I thought that was pretty lame as they obviously have a problem with 3 differant productions of the same product.

I got £1 voucher from Tetley after emailing them saying I'd like to try their new fruit teas, but was unsure if I'd like them. They cost 80p a tube so got 2 for 60p!!
