Economy 10 in Suffolk
Options
Hi.
We're looking for an energy supplier in Suffolk who offers Economy 10 tariff. Can you recommend any?
BTW Now we are with EON (standard tariff) and have electric heating (panel heaters), but we'd like to switch to a cheaper tariff/supplier. We think Economy 10 would be the best. We'll have to change our meter as well...
Thanks for any help.

Hi,
Where exactly in Suffolk just incase you cross boundaries?
Metering is region specific so not all agents will fit them in each region but there are often similiar types of meter.
If you can give a town/city, it will be possible to check if that type of metering is supported where you are.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0 -

I know it's region specific (unfortunately). We live in Sudbury.0 -

Hi
Have you had any luck moving over to E10 yet, as I want to move over to E10 and I am in Woodbridge. I tried South electric but they said I need to have a wet raditor system before the would fit a E10 meter.

If you have panel heaters E10 would not be worth while for you - E10 will only work with Storage Heating / Electric Wet system and an immersion heaters.
Your panel heaters would only be cheaper when using the Night part of the E10 meter between 2.30 - 7.30am
My Suggestion would be to go onto a single rate meter (or if you have E7 setup billing for single rate meter) and find the cheapest supplier on a single rate tariff.
Who advised you that E10 would be cheapest for you?0
