hi i was wonderin if someone could help me? i switched to Atlantic for my gas and electric a couple of weeks ago through a link on this website i put all my card details in the system etc but they still havent contacted me about it! how long does it take usually before they contact you? and also i am still with british gas until the switch goes through and i pay a fixed direct debit of 30 pound for each but wen i applied to atlantic they didnt ask me about how much i wanted to pay a month infact they didnt mention it do you know if i can choose how much i pay per month eg want to keep it the same as with BG or do they tell me how much i pay? thanks ash x
