If worst happenes...It only works out at worst a £12 increase per month (£6 Gas and £6 elec) and i'm yet to get a quarterly bill from southern as I pay by D/D Monthly and I have ALWAYS been in credit with them. So if I budget as I have done for the last 5 yrs since I left home, I make provisions for the increase and pull my belt in a notch I will still get excellent customer service, I won't have the strain and rigmorole of changing and I can stay smiling like a cheshire cat because I love them so I can cope with an increase!Loan-£3600 only 24 months of payments to go!!!

Oh.....and in relation to the customer services-bloody fantasic they are.I rememeber speaking to an adviser when I moved in the house I live in now because I thought my meter readings were wrong and he sorted everything out for me and went round my household appliances trying to save me more money. I remember his full name and I wrote to his manager to say how much i appreciated his help-he gave me his extension number and asked me to call him direct if I had any more problems...absolute diamond.
Now you show me any of the other suppliers who would do that and who's service is as exemplary as that! I will never forget that customer experience because it's by far the best I have ever had and made me feel important and a truely valued customer!Loan-£3600 only 24 months of payments to go!!!
