Just got e-mail from paypal saying item not received dispute decided in my favour and full amount to be credited to my account in next 5 days. Delighted with this obviously but have a couple of questions.
1. Will the money be credited to my paypal account and if so do I have to do anything, like accept it or something???
2. If I NEG seller which obviously I would like to do can he do anything back??
Thanks and sorry if these questions seem daft.

if you neg seller, yes he can neg you unless he has already left feedback before you do, this changes in may when he wont be able to neg you in retaliation.
as for paypal, the last time i did this process im sure i recieved an email from paypal when the funds were recredited to my accountmy boots and tesco addictions are costing me a fortune
 :j
am tackling my debt cant bury head in sand any longer
april 08 : £1600
may 08 : £12430 -
- Paypal will just pay the funds back into your account
- Wait until May (when the feedback rules change) & then the seller cannot Neg you back

Will I still be able to leave feedback by May??? This was first thing he has ever sold and didn't send it or reply to any e-mails or phone message. Would like to let people know to avoid but would prefer to keep my 100% (buying only) intact. The victims we know so well

i've just won my dispute and mine is being paid back to me also i did leave negative feedback as she tried reselling the same item which she sold me again.good job i did leave negative feedback as another person e mailed me saying she'd been shafted as well and the shoes she bought this person had already sold to someone else.i don't want neg feedback but at the same time if it stops someone else getting shafted it would be worth it and the fact if i'm right you can appeal against their neg feedback.
anyway good look.0 -
The money is paid back into whichever account you paid from -
Paypal balance -> to paypal balance
Credit card -> to credit card
Bank account -> to bank account
Just watch out that the Seller doesn't open an Unpaid Item Dispute - I have had that happen to me a few times when I have been paid out on an Item Not Received Dispute. Not a problem - you simply give paypal the details of payment and refund0 -

What harm will a retaliatory neg do you as a buyer? Show some backbone and leave the neg they deserve! My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I agree with fay.
Look at this from another point of view as well. What if you were the third or fourth person this seller had done this too..yet the previous people hadn't left a neg. Wouldn't you be just a little cross at them for not warning you before you went through all this trouble?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The feedback window is reducing to 60 days , so when the feedback does change in May, then it will be too late.
You have got leave appropriate feedback now though - the reason the feedback system is changing is because too many people withheld the truth when sales went bad.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
