Painting UPVC window frames

We live in a property where we are obliged to keep all the exterior window frames black. Some of the double glazed wooden ones have been replaced with UPVC and now the rest need replacement. Is it possible to buy the much cheaper standard white windows and paint the frames outside (the inside can stay white) and if so what paint should I use? Much obliged for any advice.

just be warned that black paint (being a dark colour) will attract the heat, the more heat it absorbs the hotter the profile will become and the more it will expand, steel reinforcement is generally used on dark coloured PVC windows to limit this expansion.
But yes there are PVC paints in DIY stores
sashmanBuying quality goods which last, should be an investment that saves money. :T
Buying cheap products which fail, wastes money and costs twice as much in the long run. :mad:0
