Actual TV Aerial making buzzing noise on outside of house!

Hi

I thought I was going completely made this morning, but my TV Aerial on the roof of my house is making an intermittant buzzing noise!

It is the old terrestial TV aerial which actually isn't connected to anything as I've disconnected it in the loft where it was previously attached to a booster. It is still making the noise though.

It hasn't been in use for some time as we have Sky so it's not really needed.

Can't get onto the roof, guess I will have to get someone in, but I am intrigued to know why it is noisy.

Any ideas.

Well, it has been pretty windy admittedly, but it does sound like an electrical buzzing sound, but unfortunately because of its position I cannot get anywhere near it.

We do have another aerial on the roof - this is a DAB/FM aerial that is connected, but the signal on this is absolutely fine and I don't think it is coming from this one.

I'll have another look tomorrow and see if the noise corresponds with the wind blowing, but it really does not sound like that, like I say more of an electrical noise.
