It will be......the NCL Jade, Gem, Jewel and Pearl are essentially the same n ship design, with minor variations in interior layouts/facilities......e.g. one has fish carpet and the next has dolphin carpet......to help you find your way around, all the fish and dolphins face towards the front of the boat. The only major difference is the Pearl has a bowling alley.

The Jade is in the process of undergoing a minor refit from being the Pride of Hawaii (or Aloha.....cant remember which), and having the casino added, before it starts service in Europe this summer. In fact, it is now staying the winter as well, doing the Canaries and other warmer places in Europe.

The Gem also as a bowling alley but bare in mind the cost a few people got stung
I am hoping to do a crusie later on in the year on the Jade + any other 2 nighter I can pick up cheap (few going on the Jade and 1 so far on the Jewel)

Some advice please Sava.......MSC have a very similar Baltic cruise to NCL leaving Dover the day before (27 Jul)......their "free kids" policy makes it much cheaper than NCL. What are your thoughts on MSC (Armonia) and do you think the NCL cruise will drop in price before it gets sold out?

    Thanks

PS Post any 2-nighter deals....I recall they were clearing them at under a hundred last year........they need to be in kids school holidays for us.

are you checking the american web site for prices?
I personaly dont fancy MSC...too many bad reviews
we had one for £59 each last year and it was over the weekend
I dont know if it will go down best to keep checking on a daily bases and when its at a price you are ahppy with book it

Yup - been checking ncl.com and v-togo etc. For some reason, they are loading the Baltics cruise price on both sides of the Atlantic, even though theres no flight involved.

If MSC can do kids for £75 port fees, NCL can.

It might have something to do with the total eclipse happening during the cruise.
We did look at doing a Norway one about the same time for that reason and the prices are top heavy and holding
