Asda Mastercard

Another c.c, but you get 2p off every liter of fuel at ASDA petrol stations. Their fuel prices are less than Tesco in the first place and with the 2p off makes it worth while to get the card for the petrol itself.

The best way to save on fuel prices is not to travel all over the county to find the cheapest. The big supermarkets are normally the cheapest and they have reward points of some description combined with a cashback card the prices can be brought down.
there are petrol comparison sites so you can check the cheapest near to where you live.

    Does it though?

10,000 miles/annum and 35mpg consumption will save you £26 for the year.

Is it really worth having an extra card (and all the admin that goes with it) for £26 per year...or 50p per week?

After all, a standard 1% cashback card will net you over £13 a year (or 25p a week) on petrol alone...for no extra work at all.

I got one for exactly that reason, 2p off fuel. You also get free home shopping delivery for IIRC £90 spend. They also issue you with free Asda Vouchers just before Chrimbo for your spend on the Card so points back also.

Very useful for myself with the local Asda only 1.5 miles away and doing 25K miles a year. Got £30 of shopping vouchers last year as well.

Once thing to be careful of is the APR mines 16.9%, but have a DD set up to pay it off each month especially given my Car is a Company Car via a Car allowance and they pay for most of the fuel.
