can anyone tell me where you get these vouchers from (£10 off £50)?
    thanks

You can only have them if you have a necter card. Debs staff give them out but we havent had any for ages!

There was no sign in Debenhams Gravesend to say that the £10 off £25 Nectar voucher was an error.

If theres no sign up try your luck and see if they will accept!

Any other debenhams staff really stressed about the nectar vouchers not being used with sale?? It makes no sense and just causes arguements!!!

I received a letter in the post with two vouchers attached a few weeks ago, but staff are giving them out too? Do you just show your nectar card and ask for one?

As well as the mistakes on vouchers the other thing I'm not keen on is when an item is reduced, for example "was £20, now £10", but the hanger then has "extra 20% off today" on it. It doesn't say specifically £8. I went to the till and the item came up at £16, where it had taken 20% off the full price. I pointed out that it had both discounts marked on it and was quite rudely told "no no..it's £10, it's £10!". I said I wouldn't bother and left. The same item was on the website at £8 with both discounts applied, albeit out of stock.

They could really work on their customer service in store, and also on actually having any kind of service at all on their website.

Blue cross not till next week now! SORRY! Don't forget you can reserve items for 7 days, then buy them at the Blue X sale price. But you wont be able to use the nectar vouchers with sale items for some unknown reason!!

Apparently it's not 20% off all sale items any more, just 30% goes to 50%, but only some 50% goes to 70%?? Will update with better info asap!

Used a £5 of £25 nectar voucher in Debenhams Harrogate last Saturday with no problems off sale items, but they wouldn't take a £10 off £50 voucher this Saturday, even checking items without red sale stickers on them on the till to see if they were marked down. Seems a little inconsistent and with so much marked down at the moment makes the nectar vouchers a bit worthless for the time being...

Yea we gave them out to people who produced their nectar card when they bought something. They shuld have put the 20% off thing on top of an offer which sounds like a special offer. You should have asked to have seen another member of staff or a surpervisor because if they were nice enough they should have done it at that price because of their mistake
