Can't log on, won't regonise password/numbers!:confused:

    I've just logged into my Natwest online banking with no problems... Check that you're entering everything correctly - is number lock on?

    It's ok am in now, rang them, I'd entered wrong numbers, and they had locked account, back in now!

    Phew! I'm glad it has worked out OK. Those sort of things always panic me a little - my first thought is always 'has someone hacked my account and changed my password?'.
