Don't want to sound daft but how would I go about this? Ring the court in question? Would they be able to tell me?Could you contact the court clerk? Hopefully they could tell you the outcome of the hearing but if not, they would at least be able to advise what happens next in the process...i.e. when you would find out. I would have thought it would happen quickly.... sounds like the sooner you can find somewhere else the better... Good Luck
If the solicitors can't tell me anything due to the Data Protection Act, then surely will have the same problem with the LL mortgage company? I know who his mortgage is with due to the 'Occupier' letter we got informing us of the future court case of 'Blah Mortgage Company VS Mr LandLord' I'm assuming this could all be a storm in a teacup IF the LL has sorted all this out? However IF the property was repossessed, as tennents, would we get any notice?? Does anyone know?
We are looking for somewhere else right now, but would be good to know where we stand??0 -
