Is the Egg Anniversary offer about to disappear??

I was just checking the Egg site for details of the Anniversary offer. I've been a cardholder for many years and never knew about this (until MSE.com told me so) however... I've copied and pasted (and I hope I'm not breaking any copyrights laws) a couple short paragraphs covering the Anniversary offer. Look out for the "until" words (that mean's it's going right??): -

"0% Anniversary offer As a reward for staying loyal, we're offering Egg Card customers 0% interest on balance transfers for up to five months. The special rate applies to balances transferred in the anniversary month of the month your account was first opened.
If you applied after 1 January 2005, you'll get our anniversary offer every year until 2007 - guaranteed.
If you applied on or before 31 December 2004, you'll get our anniversary offer every year until 2006. And that's guaranteed too."

I think its always been like that since they launched the offer.
It just means they guarantee the offer until 2006 or 2007 and then may or may not continue the offer after that.
Not much to worry about yet - I don't think

This has always been the case. It is a loss leader to Egg which is great for their customers but no company can go on and on offering incentives like this and hope not to go out of business.
Make the most of it whilst it lasts!

"Until something" is generally understood to mean "up to and including" - do others agree with this? Thus the offer would occur three times altogether [repeating twice] for pre-1 January 2005 cards and two times [repeating once for post 1 January 2005 cards]. If the offer includes the year of 2007 for newer accounts this still only allows two anniversary periods [i.e. during 2006 and 2007]. So if new account holders should benefit during 2007 then old account holders should benefit during 2006.
Remember the offer was started in March 2004......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
