i am in the process of trying to find a house in the lancaster and morecambe are and wondered if anyone knows of any private landlords that rent out houses in the area, as usually works out a lot cheaper than forking out a fortune for credit searchs etc plus hopefully will find one quicker tbh.
, as due to a berevement and my resulting depression and other factors aggrevating it i have decided a clean break is necessary
Its just not so easy either time or financially with my kids being school age to go up there all the time trying to hunt one out so thought it would be woth posting and asking as someone may know some
im not too bad from the point of view i have lived in the area before its just with it being years ago most people who i used to know up there i have lost contact with over the years.
thanks

Hiya,
Depends what you're looking for really. We're currently renting a 2 bed flat in Lancs city centre but will be looking to move soon. I know there's actully one vacant at the moment, the landlord there is Ian Burdan (Tel:01539536633 Mobile: 07980077331
Email: Ianarmstrong.burden@virgin.net) so it might be worth giving him a call since I know he's got a few properties in the area.
I work at the Uni and there's an ads newsgroup for staff where there's often houses looking to be let out so I can have a look on there if you want me to mail you any details?
Cheers,

i looking for a 2/3 bed house anywhere in morecambe lancaster really rather than a flat.
(long story but ive had three house fires none of which my fault and the last one it was early hrs of morning and woke up to be trapped in bedroom attic rooms. took us an hour to get out after fire brigade arrived. we were lucky to get out alive so you can understand flats make me nervous.)
but that would be absolutely great, if you dont mind i will pm you my email address
thanks
