Whenever I have done this in the past I have accessed dixons via the egg website and always been credited with the instant cashback after the purchase.

Now you have to type "EGG47D" into the voucher box when at the checkout stage ay Dixons.

Anybody else had a problem with this? Dixons says the code has expired but according to the Egg website it is valid until 2nd June.

This is worth £25 to me.

  • I had the same problem yesterday with an expired message showing when I entered the code. I thought it might have just been because the item I was buying was on special offer.

I've saved PDF screenshots of each of the checkout screens (including the one with EGG47D entered) and am going to send a secure message to Egg customer services if the cashback doesn't show up automatically on my statement.
