E-mail help required

I have updated my laptop to office 2003
before this I was using office2000

my problem is I used to be able to get my emails on "both" my laptop and the main household P.C.
i know it used to be a tick in a box, to copy/save my emails to both computers
i have had a look in my email/options but can't find a box or an option for this

so my request/plea is can someone please tell how to change/save my email format as to save them to both computers
since I have updated both computers neither now saves the email to the other computer

Thanks in advance for any assistance offered

Tools, Email Accounts, View or change existing accounts, select the account and click Change. Click the More settings button and look on the Advanced tab.

Select leave messages on the server.

    Thanks
I had looked everywhere for that, but not on there

    Thanks again :T:T:T:T:T
