Trojan horse...Virus??

Hi, wonder if anyone can help me..Have AVG anti-virus (free edition) on my PC and just recently been getting a warning about a threat detected saying:
Trojan horse Pakes.UP
C:\WINDOWS\system32\advpackp.dll
Backup copy
Infected
What does this mean and how can I sort this out?!!

I have moved it to the vault but it keeps on appearing as a message-must have had it appear 20 times already...0

Submit the file to virustotal - 32 different scanners will examine it for you.

If the majority say it is a virus run an online scanner to get rid of it.0 -

Hi, I have put in:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\advpackp.dll
Into the upload file box and clicked 'send file' but I then get a page up saying:
0 bytes size received / Se ha recibido un archivo vacioHelp!!0 -
BUMP...
Any ideas peeps??!0 -
Try showing hidden files
Click Start, open My Computer, select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.0
