Buyer protection???

in Credit cards
I ordered some computer bits and bobs from an internet retailer (ebuyer). They were supposed to be delivered on the 20th October. The goods didn't arrive. I contacted the courier to check and they promised to deliver the goods on the morning of the 22nd October. The goods didn't arrive.
I logged a call with ebuyer on Friday asking them to cancel the order. I'd alreday wasted 2 days waiting for goods that didn't arrive and I wasn't prepared to wait in again. They still haven't replied to my call. I can't telephone them because they only offer email support.
What is the best way forward?
Is it worth asking my credit card company to do a chargeback?
Thanks in advance

"I can't telephone them because they only offer email support. "
Ebuyer can be contacted on 0870 4670753 or more cheaply on 0114 20169650 -

Mmmm.
Just tried those numbers and all you get is a recorded message that states "as from 10th of October ebuyer has decided to withdraw the telephone helpline..."
This would be find if ebuyer responded to the calls raised through their enotes system. They've just completely ignored mine.
Looks like I'll have to fill a chargeback form in after all.
Why do companies think they can cut costs on customer service? I won't be buying from them again >:(0
