Check your sky box office bill!!!!!!!!!!RIP OFF

As a good little moneysaver i was just re adjusting my budget for this month. I noticed i hadn't had a sky bill for a couple of months and looked at my bank statement, it was £47.71, my a/c package costs £18 a month and a few phone calls on top. I checked my account online and over the last three months they have charged me £3.95 eight times for films i haven't watched, or have watched but they had charged me three or four times for. Just letting you know because i have just rung up and got a refund of £31.50, they didn't argue about it, in fact the guy told me it happens quite a lot, surely this isn't on!!
