I rang then and asked it i could change my tariff to one more suitable as i am not useing 50 credits each month my tariff is 200 free min 100 free text 25 video call 25 video and picture message + £5 download which i pay £25 per month . had the phone about 1yr it was an 18 moth contract so i got till sept before i can upgrade or leave .
I never use video calling as dont know any one any more with video phone and dont send many pic messagess or video messages as i blue tooth then so i am lossing out on the 50 credits well the customer service was crap couldnt get it across to then i wanted ti to go on textes i had such an argument i had to put phone down :mad: coz i was steaming but come sept i will not renew my contract with then il go else were i have been with then for abot 4 yrs :eek:

By signing an 18 month contract you get a cheaper monthly charge, so if you'd had a 12 month contract, you would have paid perhaps £35 a month.
Perhaps next time you sign up for such a long deal, you get something that you're actually going to use. I pay £10/month with vodafone for 100 mins and 100 texts any time any network, which does me just fine!
