Hi.
Have just been reading about "The One Account" where i believe you put all your savings etc.into and this helps bring down the mortgage(or remaining term).
I have a mortgage of £17,500,disposable income of about £500 per month, and currently "looking after" about £20,000 of my friends money.
Would this type of account be good for me please??

Yes, put simply. You'd pay a lot less interest by offsetting your huge c/a balance against you comparitively small mortgage.0
