    Cauli and stilton soup is fab - great way to liven up the boring old cauli.

    Yes. I've had cauliflower and dolcelatte (an Italian blue cheese), and it worked really well.

    I love butternut soup & butternut risotto.

    Bet the red pepper is really nice in it.

    I do a mean roast pumpkin and stilton soup and although it does look slightly like baby poo everyone loves it and you can add crispy smoken bacon bits as sprinkles.

    I went to pub other week and had butternut squash and stilton was lovley wish I could find recipie as have both in house.

    Feeling poorly with cold and cough so might make loads of soup.

    Ooo, all excited now. Found a 3oz piece of stilton in a cheese variety pack at the back of the fridge, and my squash is in the oven :)
