150mm diameter Cooker Hood Vent

Just bought a new cooker hood, but it has a 150mm diameter outlet. Our existing flexible vent (which goes through a false ceiling to the external vent) is only 100mm.
Can anyone point me as to where I can find a 150mm flexible or rigid 3metre long circular vent.
As the new duct will have to connect to the 100mm external outlet (no way this is going to increase to 150mm as the external 225mm solid brick wall is rendered and tyroleaned). One thought was simply to connect the existing 100mm duct to the new hood via a 150 - 100mm reducer. Again where can I find such a beast and a 150mm circlip.
I know the hood will be a bit noisier and not be as effecient, connecting to 100mm, but hobsons choice really.
Thanks

we've just had one fitted and out builder had an aluminium vent which was able to squash and fit into the existing hole in the brick work which fitter well but we did secure with some sticky aluminum tape just in case.TopCashback £1792.63My Little World0

Screwfix... They do loads of adapters etc... http://www.screwfix.com/cats/100139/Heating-Cooling/Ducting
or eBay for the adapter you need... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330208069453&mpt=1206272099023&tGUID=8c5857e81160a0aad2618e81ffe67d8d0 -
you will find the performance seriously compromised if you reduce down to 100mm and possibly probably void your warranty0
