fuzzyrazer, what does that bit on the bottom box mean then? The bit that says 'missed offer'. I can't work out what that actually means when I try to order.
LLfuzzyrazer wrote:hope this helps,as i always get lost on amounts & boxs, you keep adding 1 on to the total in top box,& it changes the free amount....as this shows, buy 4 get 5 free....

Sorry,i don't know, but it seems to show when the offer goes wrong for them(boots) but right for us,it does'nt seem to make much difference, but someone might have a different answer.......
:T It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice. :T"A bargain is something you can't use at a price you can't resist."

I think it's because of the following: On a normal BOGOF, you simply do just that - BOGOF. However, when the kind Boots people apply the BOGOF twice to an item, the system then thinks that the second of the freebies should have another freebie attached to it. This is where the system seems to get a little confused, and flags up the 'missed offer' message. It's not sure what to do with the freebies, and whether it has given you the correct offer. I guess it's seeing that you're paying for xx amount of items and therefore should get xx amount free, and can't figure out why there is an error in its sums.
It must also depend on who has applied the offer incorrectly - when the baby wipes had the BOGOF offer applied to them twice a couple of days ago, I got three free items for every one I paid for! I think their system needs to be refined just a little lol!!!0 -
NOOOOOOOO it doesnt!! I have 41 packs of huggies pullups coming on Wednesday (paid for 11)0

They've knocked another £20 of IPOD's (20gb video) since I orderd one on Thursday! Typical, but it does mean if you use a £15 off voucher you are effectively getting this for less than £152 with your triple points! Course don't forget to use quidco for an extra 4%!
Cheapest I found anywhere !
(now, should I re-order and take one back to the store ?... mmm)
Sorry, my mistake, it's a PHOTO (colour) not a video version - so it's probably going back anyway. Boots site not clear enough for me!
