hi, just wondered if anyone else had this prob...vouchers in the boots free with advantage card mag, 1000 points for spending 30 pounds on baby clothes. it does not work. it beeps and scans, but doesn't actually put the points on. so you spend over the 30 pounds on clothes, and then have to argue for a couple of hours to get the points promised. 2nd time this has happened.

I also had a double poin ts voucher which never scanned at all

this hapened to me twice last week sooz but with different vouchers, the till scanned it and all went well until I checked my receipt and no points. so the customer servuces had to put it on manually!

Suggest we all check receipts before we leave the till especially when it's a busy time!

Also none of the 3 advantage points machines open on either visit!

Don't kow if this is the right place for this, but you can get a 400 points voucher from the AC machine for No. 7 Stay Perfect Lip Lacquer. It cost £9, but I used the £5 voucher that they're giving away, and essentially got it for free! Woohoo! :j :j :j

Oh dear, i used that voucher and a 1500 for spending £75 (parenting club) and we took it that the 1500 hadnt went on so i was credited with another 1500 when it should have ben 1000 - ooops:j

I had the same problem and they said that the till would not take the parenting club voucher and teh voucher out of teh magazine at the same time :-(

In my boots yesterday they had loads of tights reduced to half price then 3 for the price of 2

but it does not say cannot be used with any other voucher, and also the 75 pound parenting one should be available to everyone now, says so on the machines - 75 spend gets 1500 points, no matter what, and no voucher needed. getting really fed up with boots [were it not for the 500 pounds i've got free from then over the last year!]

Is it true you can no longer get any points on mobile top up's now :-(?

Ye i read that on the mailing the other day,,,,,,,,,,eeeek for all u pre payers,,but got an idea for you what if you bought gift vouchers (u dont get points when u buy em but u do when u spend em),,,and then use the voucher to buy the top up card, not sure if this would work as you are still buying a top up card but u never know with boots tills :-)
