You will probably be charged, i ordered 2 hi-fi's from boots last year when they again made a mistake. They only took payment 6 weeks later.

from what i understand they actually have up to 6 years to authorise the payment...assuming proof of dispatch and delivery. On the other hand if it was a payment made by signature ie. in a shop they have up to 7 days. Anyone confirm this?
  • I was charged for mine, almost instantly _pale_

today in Boots the advantage card machine gave me 100 points for any item from cuecumber/fragrance free range ( soap not included LOL !!) and also 100 points for any item from the botanics bathing range. i printed them out and went looking and found that botanics smoothing foot scrub and 2 other foot items were all half price, the foot scrub was only £1.24. the botanics voucher said excluding gifr bags and minitures
    hope this helps someone

Last time the cuecumber soap was not included it went through at the till without a problem, I was buying one pot of cream so I could use the voucher then about 10 soaps the points them got applied to each item ie 11 items 1100 points.

have not tried it this time yet
