Carpenter / Locksmith to fit a Night Latch cost

Hi all,

How much is the going rate for a carpenter / locksmith to fit a night latch to the door (where no previous night latch exists) in the Leicester area?

Friend will pre-buy a lock similar to this:

I assume its about £30 / hr labour to get the person to fit it and will take about an hr?
