Am I the only one who has no sympathy at all ?
It was a minor incident - there are worse things that happen to people everyday.
You've been offered compensation and you are STILL not happy.
I feel sorry for all the people having to waste their time corresponding and talking to you.
Sorry - nothing personal. I just feel some complaints are way over the top.

*** Note from Board Guide: Although everyone is of course entitled to their point of view, I've taken the decision to lock this thread as I feel it will be home to argument and little else.
