Need Advice On Gas And Elec Suppliers

HI YA, I AM ON A PAY AS YOU GO ELEC & GAS METER AND LIVE IN SMALL 2 BED FLAT, WHEN I MOVED IN A YEAR AGO MY SUPPLIER WAS EDF, I STAYED WITH THEM AS I WAS NEW TO PAYING THE BILLS ETC, A FEW MONTHS AGO A BRITISH GAS MAN CAME ROUND, GAVE ME THE CHAT AND SAID THEY WERE CHEAPER, SO I SWAPPED. I WAS PAYING IN BETWEEN £10-£12 A WK ON ELEC WITH EDF AND A £5 GAS, SINCE MOVING TO BRITISH GAS IM NOW PAYING ABOUT £15 A WK AND £7 GAS, OBVIOUSLY BRITISH GAS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE AND I WANT TO CHANGE AND WOULD JUST LIKE A LITTLE ADVICE ON THE DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS AND WHO IS THE CHEAPIST, I LOOKED ON INTERNET AND EBICO LOOK THE CHEPEST BUT NOT SURE AS NEW TO ALL THIS - ALL HELP APPRECIATED THANKS

Strange, I'm also in a 2 bed flat and recieved a silly bill from Npower so am looking at switching to Ebico. I've read some reviews and looked at their prices - although customer service doen't apper to be astonishing, the rates per KwH seem very small compared to other providers, especially as it includes VAT. Does anyone have experience of them, recommend them or would tell us to run a mile?

Ebico prices are benchmarked against Scottish and Southern, S&S are increasing their prices on April 1st. I would expect Ebico to raise their prices too in the near future.
Ebico prices make sense for those on prepayment meters and those with a lower than average energy usage.
I'm with them and appreciate the straight foreward billing, the customer service from Southern energy (who handle it ) is also very good.
