Tools (On task bar) --Internet Options-- and about the center of the window that opens you will see it.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0

That will remove most, but not always all of them. Remember that you will actually want to keep some cookies...like the one for logging in here for example.
Go here for the free version of Ad-Aware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_aware_free.php
or the free SuperAntiSpyware:
http://www.superantispyware.com/
These will help keep the pesky things under control.:D0 -
ccleaner also very good: completely freeware and often recommended here:)BLOODBATH IN THE EVENING THEN? OR PERHAPS THE AFTERNOON? OR THE MORNING? OH, FORGET THIS MALARKEY!

in xp
click to open IE
then at the top there should be tools
go to internet options
on the general tab
half way down the box
delete tempory files, cookies,history.and passwords...
click on this...
this will bring another box up
at the bottom
click on
delete all...
or whatever you want to delete if you want to save your passwords then just click on the one's that apply to you then click ok and apply...

if you have vista you click control panel, then network and internet, then under internet options click delete browsing history and cookies, in the box that appears click delete under browsing history, you can then delete the cookies as well as other stuff on there.0

I also recommend CCleaner. It's free, does its job and has a good reputation.0

I use ccleaner regularly too.
It is free. It does what it says on the tin and it doesn't screw up your system.0 -
