This is one of those questions that requires a little more detail to answer, so first off, What were the circumstances of the loss and why was her claim refused? The MSE Dictionary

Hi
I was flying with Northwest airlines from detriot after i was given a different flight from british airways due to immigration taking so long.Well anyway flew from detriot to houston in this prosess my luggage was lost 23rd june 2007.Filed my claim in houston intercontinental airport where i was tolded to wait at least 5 days.
Has i work away on cruise ships for 6 months i was actually away for 7 months and i called lost luggage and told them my situation and they advised me to claim when i get to my home country the uk.So i sent my forms into northwest airlines in january 2008.
Now just a couple a days ago i recieved a letter stating that Northwest airlines are unable to reimburse me for my lost lugagge because it has been too long.
So basically they lost my luggage and now are not bothering to do anything regarding this mistake of theirs.
Please help.
I therefore do not know what step to take for this.0 -
