Employers Paye Reference?

Hi I am new to these boards and hope that I am posting in the correct place! I have just recently returned to work after being on income support, I also have 2 children. I am going to claim CTC and WTC but the manager of the shop I currently work in will not give me the employers paye reference or the address of the paying office. I can not get the information I need from payslips as I will not be getting paid until mid April and I do not have a P60 as I have just started. I have asked my manager everday for the information, but she just keeps giving me different excuses. I am getting so frustrated with situation as I need to get the form sent away asap as I only have my child benefit every week to live on. Any help on this situation would be greatly appriecated.

If your employer will not give you the information then I would advise you submit your CTC/WTC application form and under the employment section put down the name of the shop you work for and the address of the shop. This should be enough information for TCO to process your application and when you do get the information, wether it be off your employer or your payslip you can call up and upodate it.
