BullionVault.com - Anyone Used it?

Im considering investing in Gold at the moment, and have 2 main options (although I realise there are other ways of investing in Gold). 1 is the buy commodity shares in gold, which track the price of gold, these are traded on the London stock exchange, or 2 trade in pysical gold (although you dont actually physically have the gold yourself).
One of the sites recommended in a Telegraph article was BullionVault.com. I've registered and it seems pretty user friendly. I realise this industry is not regulated by the FSA, this is not a major concern to me. I was just wondering if anyone has used Bullion Vault before and how they found it?
